Farmhouse Strawberry Pie
Nobody can resist the juicy sweetness of a Farmhouse Strawberry Pie. This strawberry pie recipe uses a whole pint of fresh hulled and sliced strawberries. The filling also calls for a bit of strawberry gelatin which not only adds to the strawberry flavor, but also adds texture and form to the pie. The gelatin also makes the filling that much juicier. Pair the pie filling with your favorite pie crust recipe or you can just use a frozen pie crust from the grocery store. Add a dollop of whipped cream to each slice and serve.
