Can you use a mix of whole wheat flour and white flour for this crust or does it have to be all white flour? I can't say that I have ever heard of a grapefruit pie, but I am very curious. I think the honey and whipped cream would pair wonderfully with this pie. I can't wait to try it out and see for myself.
