Swoon-Worthy French Silk Pie will surely make you go weak in the knees. This delicious chocolate pie recipe has an incredibly smooth and fluffy center that pairs perfectly with its salty and crunchy homemade pretzel crust. The sweetness of the chocolate is enhanced but also balanced by the pretzel pieces, giving the pie a full flavor but keeping it from being overly sweet. This pie is perfect for any and all occasions, including holiday dinners and your average weeknight meal. It's too good to pass up.

Do you like using a particular brand of chocolate for this recipe? I know some people that swear by Baker's and others that only use Ghiradelli. I know that it makes a difference in the flavor, but I am honestly fine with a dark Hershey's bar or the store brand squares of chocolate. I would save the fancier chocolate for a special dinner.
