This dream dessert combines pie, cheesecake, and crumble. Make Apple Cheesecake Crumb Pie and you'll have the best of all three desserts. The bottom crust layer is taken from traditional apple pie, and is buttery and flaky. Next, the cheesecake filling is thick, creamy, and rich. On top of this, fresh apples are sprinkled as the second to last layer. Lastly, the crumble topping has fall spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger. Altogether, this apple dessert has everything you could ever want. It is not a light dessert for the faint hearted, but will satisfy the biggest sweets craving out there.

Can I use a half and half mix of whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour to make this recipe? I am trying to make things a little healthier and add some fiber. I could add some bran. I bet that would work nice with the recipe. I used to eat apple bran muffins every morning before work when I was younger.
