This 3-Ingredient Lemon Mousse is such a fun and versatile recipe. It stands on its own as a refreshing Summer dessert, or you can use it, like I have, as a topping on vanilla cupcakes for an unexpected flavor. I have yet to use it as a filling in homemade doughnuts, but that is next on the list. Have fun with this little recipe, it's a sweet treat that you can whip up in a minute.
