Sous Vide Creme Brulee
From the blogger: "Easy, yet a little fancy! Making Creme Brulee using the sous vide technique is a hassle free way of getting the perfect custard consistency. Then, use my easy technique for getting the perfect brûlée on top! All you need is a few ingredients, some small jars, and a sous vide machine. A bonus is having a kitchen torch, but it isn't absolutely necessary. This custard is delicious with or without the brulee topping! It's a great make ahead dessert, too! "
