Don't you just love Summertime and all the fresh fruit and berries that come with it. And, don't you just love it when you find a recipe like these Strawberry Cheesecake Wontons that utilize the fresh taste of Summer strawberries. This recipe is so easy to make, and the wontons could probably stand on their own, but the homemade strawberry sauce takes them to the peak of deliciousness. I normally like to try variations on recipes to jazz them up a bit, but this one is shear perfection as is.
