Mini Funnel Cake Desserts

Do you know what dessert you need to make for your next get-together with friends? While there is nothing wrong with pies, cheesecakes, or brownies, consider shaking things up with this recipe for Mini Funnel Cake Desserts! These bite-sized dessert recipes are fried to perfection and can be dipped in your choice of toppings. The dessert is easy to make and is sure to be a hit with the crowd.

This new take on the traditional funnel cake is still special enough to serve at almost any occasion, including birthdays, game watch parties, and even an impromptu party with the neighbors. The individual servings of this dessert make it easy to serve, too. We used Nutella, raspberry jam, and caramel sauce as toppings, but you can certainly use whipped cream or Cool Whip, chocolate syrup, sprinkles, or even ice cream as topping options. Simply set out the mini funnel cakes on a pretty platter as soon as they are finished frying, and watch as they disappear like magic!
