Ingredients

  • 3 Pink Lady Apples
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  1. Using a mandolin, set to 3mm or ⅛ inch thickness, leaving the skin on, slice the apple starting on the bottom working your way to the top.

  2. Shake the slices to remove seeds. You should end up with about 20 slices per apple, slightly more or slightly less depending on the size of the apple and how it’s sliced. Please be sure to follow safety guidelines with your mandolin.
