- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Pinch of salt
