Ingredients

  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  1. Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a heavy saucepan or dutch oven and stir.

  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring gently and frequently to ensure that the sugar dissolves.
