Do you like to use honey roasted peanuts? I think they would really give a rich flavor to your rocky road recipe. I love this idea. I think it is fun that you can use the microwave. I would love to add this as a favorite to my quick list for desserts when I am in a big hurry. I love having some go-to's that I can use when things are haywire and something sweet is the only thing that will do.
