We use a boxed cake mix and canned frosting for convenience, making this a quick addition to your party dessert table!   • 2 boxs White Cake Mix
  • Eggs
  • Oil, milk water, listed on cake mix box
  • 2 cans Vanilla Frosting
  • Red and Royal Blue Gel Foos Coloring
  • White Nonpareils or star sprinklers
  1. Prepare box cake according to the instructions on the back of the cake mix box. Bake 48 cupcakes then cool completely on wire racks. Remove cupcake liners when cupcakes are completely cooled.

  2. Empty all of the frosting into a large bowl.
