I made this Coconut Rum Banana Cake for a friend who was hosting a morning function this week. While in the oven it smelt absolutely divine and she says the guests loved it so much that some of them asked for the recipe! We have a small occasion coming up so I will be making another one and this time I will get to taste it myself, YAY!
