  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Cane Sugar
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl add the dry ingredients for the cupcakes (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda) and mix well.
