"A rich marbled cake with lime syrup drizzle. This lime syrup marble cake is wonderfully moist and easy to make, with creme fraiche, oil and a little cocoa for the marble. Limes smell gorgeous, theirs is definitely one of my ever favourite smells. Arguably, the best bit in making this cake was grating the lime zest. Well – almost the best bit as eating it isn’t bad either. Note: creme fraiche can be substituted with thick full fat plain yoghurt."

What an interesting idea! I never would have thought to combine lime and marble cake, but it looks very yummy.
