Call me unadventurous but I have never made an upside down cake. This one, however, looked so good that I simply could not resist! It was really easy to follow the recipe and, even though I used fresh sliced pineapple, it took no time at all. The whole family really enjoyed it and I have included it in my list of favorites to make again in the future!
