I made these as a special treat for my husband. He really enjoys bacon and chocolate chip cookies. So when I saw this recipe, I thought, why not. He LOVED them! He is now asking me to add these to all of my holiday cookie lists. These are now his favorite cookie!

I keep seeing bacon in recipes these days, especially in sweet recipes, and I would consider making this one - they look really good!
