OMG I love these No Bake Turtle Cookies and can't get enough of them. These cookies are great with a cup of hot green tea! This is a great twist to the no bake cookie that is to die for. I just wish there was a print tab for the 'To make the Dulce de Leche". I have never made it because I'm scared the can will blow up! Has anyone made the Dulce de Leche? Do you put a hole in the top of the can? Please help, I sure don't want a big mess making it. I'm love this recipe and want to make it. I made just melted carmels for mine. Thank you for sharing this free cookie recipe.
