"Tonight, with my handsome dad in the kitchen giving me a history lesson (I've really grown to love social studies in my 30's!), I whipped up these yummy Raspberry Cream Cheese Filled Sugar Cookies. They were so easy to prepare and super yummy to eat. Yay! I made a batch of 20 cookies from one mix packet, but when I make them again, I'll do more like 35. These were fantastic, but I made a cookie rookie mistake and forgot how much they grow in the oven!"
