Do you measure the brown sugar as packed or not in your recipe? I know some people that do and others that don't. I always ask because it makes such a big difference. We always pack it when we make desserts because that is how my grandma taught me to use brown sugar, but many people now do not make dessert the same way. I think my favorite part of your dessert is the Skor bits. We love toffee candy.

I was concerned that this was going to be too too sweet but, happily, I was wrong! We made our own biscuit base, rather than using store bought, and the rest is quite quick and easy to make so it can easily be put together half and hour. We did not sweeten the cream topping but it was delicious nonetheless so do give it a try. It is bound to be a hit!
