It's hard to resist the tables of cookies being sold outside of the grocery store, and who can turn down the troops going door-to-door selling those delicious boxes of cookies? With this Samoas Cookie Pie recipe, you can enjoy your favorite cookie year-round. This chocolate pie has a cookie base which is topped with chocolate chips, coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and salted caramel. When it bakes, this cookie pie develops a gooey and thick caramel consistency in the center. The cookie base firms up and the chocolate chip layer will be luscious and rich. Each slice of this coconut dessert is uber decadent and will satisfy anyone's sweet tooth.

This dessert sounds absolutely amazing! I can't wait to taste it. I was wondering if you think it would change the flavor too much if I use half whole wheat flour and half white flour? I try to keep it as healthy as I can with sugar substitutes and such. Do you have a thin mint recipe in your cache of desserts? We love those too.

I love the combination of chocolate and coconut. Can't wait to make this!
