French Silk Chocolate Pie

"French Silk Chocolate Pie is a silky, delicious, fluffy and chocolaty masterpiece! This rich dessert takes a little extra effort to whip up because you beat for several minutes between each additional ingredient, but it is worth the extra effort."

NotesThis recipe works better if made with a standing mixer.

Your recipe sounds so decadent. My mom loves to make homemade chocolate pies because she says they are so much better when the chocolate cream is freshly made. I just love to eat them, but I was wondering if you wait between melting the chocolate and cooling it before you mix up the rest, or if you get it together while the chocolate returns to room temperature?
