What is maple sugar? Your recipe is the first one that I have seen it listed. I love the sound of your popcorn dish. I think maple will go extremely well with the corn and salt flavors. Do you ever add any peanuts? I bet honey roasted peanuts would have a wonderful flavor. Almonds would work as well.
