These Deep Fried Apple Pie Bites are absolutely delicious, and truly quick and easy to make. I love the ease and convenience of using prepared pie crust, and canned apple pie filling. The only change I made was I did not cut the circles in half, I just put the filling on half and folded them over. Be sure to serve these with vanilla ice cream to complete the treat.
