Chocolate Dipped Coconut Meringues
If you are in the mood for a wonderfully light and scrumptious dessert recipe, then these Chocolate Dipped Coconut Meringues are right up your alley. Fluffy whipped egg whites form the base of these coconut meringue cookies. Then, sugar and vanilla extract add sweetness to the meringue and coconut is folded in for texture. This coconut dessert is piped or spooned onto baking sheets and baked until the meringue is set.
