Reading a candy thermometer can be a arduous task, but not with the CDN Digital Candy Thermometer. This simple tool attaches to the side of a pot and displays the temperature as you cook up your favorite creations. In addition to the temperature display, the thermometer has 7 preprogrammed candy stages to alert you when you reach a specific temperature.

I have always found candy thermometers tricky to use; it is hard to balance them, they are often too short, and they are more often than not nearly impossible to read. This Digital Candy Thermometer is changing all that, and I am never going back to using a glass or metal thermometer.

The thermometer has an incredibly long probe that can be used in any site pot. This is helpful when you want to make a large batch of candy. It also has a sturdy clip to latch onto your pot. This is not flimsy like others I have used. I really like that they include a heat shield to protect the battery-operated component of the device; this keeps you from ruining the thermometer accidentally.

Candy making can be difficult because the candy can go through the different stages fairly quick if you aren't paying attention. That is why I love that this tool has alerts that go off for each stage. This greatly improved the accuracy of my candy recipes. The display is easy to read and allows you to know exactly when your candy is ready. Make perfect candy every time using this helpful tool from CDN!
