Joseph Joseph Adjustable Rolling Pin

Joseph Joseph Adjustable Rolling Pin

Reviewed by , Editor,

The Joseph Joseph Adjustable Rolling Pin is a unique baker's tool. The rolling pin has four rings that measure the depth of the dough you are rolling. It also incorporates measurement marks so you never need to play a guessing game or use an additional tool.

Rolling out dough can be a difficult task to master, but this tool makes it much easier. I am used to pulling out a roller and trying to imagine how my dough will fit in a pie pan or on a pizza rack. This pin takes all the guesswork out of the task. The measurements on the pin start at 4" in diameter, and go to 13" in diameter. Just hold the pin on top of the dough and you will know the exact size.

When it comes to depth of the dough, this pin has it all figured out, too. There are four detachable rings on both sides of the pin. Each measure a different depth from 2mm to 10mm. This is so handy when you need to know the thickness of your dough. The small differences can be hard to detect without measurements like these.

The pin is made from solid beech wood and the rings are in various colors, reminiscent of other Joseph Joseph products. This simple, well-designed tool can change a baker's life. Any cook or baker will love it as a gift!
