Vanilla Bean Powder is quickly becoming a new favorite ingredient in the test kitchen. It has a pure vanilla flavor that isn't affected by the alcohol used to create an extract. It is delicious when used in just about any baked good it touches!



This is a perfect ingredient to garnish food and drinks. I used it to add a pop of flavor and color to my Christmas thumbprint cookies, and they were gobbled up! It adds just enough flavor without overwhelming the palate. Plus, a little goes a long way. 



The fine powder and dark color lend themselves to dusting desserts, warm beverages, and even some savory dishes like curry.  Lattes and hot cocoa can quickly be elevated with just a sprinkle of this tasty powder.



This product is 100% ground vanilla beans, so you don't need to worry about additives or filler. The natural flavors make it a great alternative to vanilla extract, too. The divine beans come from a coop of 400 farmers so you can even feel good about the product's sourcing!
