Such an interesting tasting glaze! It went really well with lemon cake. I wonder what else I could pair with it!

I'm always looking for an excuse to eat matcha-flavored anything, so this was so exciting for me. I loved it! It was a little more sweet than actually green tea-flavored, but it still definitely had that distinctive matcha ashiness to it, which I loved.

I'm not a huge tea drinker, so I wasn't a fan of the tea glaze. The lemon pound cake part was really good, though.

If your a green tea enthusiast you will LOVE this glaze! It can go with so many different cakes too, I tried mine on a lemon pound cake.

You've got to be a green tea lover -- specifically matcha -- to really appreciate this glaze. It's a got a bold and sweet flavor, which fans of tea are sure to enjoy!

Adding tea to a glaze is so interesting. The color was pretty vibrant, which makes me want to try making other colorful tea glazes!
