What is the reason behind the two kinds of butter? Is it a flavor thing or a texture reason? I love the sound of your dessert. Toffee is one of my favorite treats. I could eat the stuff all day long if it wasn't so sweet. I bet my kids would love to take a tin of this off to college when they go back from winter break. Great idea!
