Definitely making these for the 4th of July! I might adjust the cream cheese frosting and the candy on top. But I love the idea of red, white, and blue cupcakes!

These look delicious, but I'm not sure that I'd want Skittles on top (as pictured). That cream cheese frosting looks yummy enough all by itself.
