"Copycat lofthouse cookies are so easy and so good! They have the light, fluffy texture we all know and love. The best part is that you can have your very own copycat lofthouse cookie in less than an hour! They are made with cake flour to make them fluffy and cream cheese to make them perfectly moist. This is the perfect quick and easy dessert to impress your friends and family with or even your significant other! "

  • unsalted butter, room temperature
  • Cream cheese
  • granulated sugar
  • large eggs
  • vanilla
  • cake flour
  • baking powder
  • salt
  1. Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy, about 5 mins.

  2. Add in the eggs and vanilla. Mix until incorporated,

  3. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Then add them to the bowl.

  4. Mix until fully incorporated.

  5. Scoop even balls of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

  6. Let them chill in the fridge for 30 mins.

  7. After 30 mins, preheat the oven to 350 °F.

  8. Roll the cookie dough into balls and lightly press down on the tops.

  9. Bake for 12-14 mins.

  10. Top with store bought or homemade buttercream frosting and sprinkles.
