Yum, Lemon Italian Ice. I buy this often. I love that I can make it myself now. I didnt realize how easy it was to make. You can add more or less sugar or honey, depending on your preference. Does anyone know of a way to keep it from freezing rock hard?

I have made a frozen dessert similar to this one. If it gets frozen solid, I'll put it in the blender until it's broken up again. Hope that helps!
