Do you really put whiskey in this recipe? I have never heard of using it in a tart before now. So, the fresh berries are only for garnishing the dish? There are no fresh berries in the actual dessert, right? I think it sound amazing, but I want to make fresh raspberry jam to spread in the tarts. I think that would be so delicious.
