Between-The-Sheets Raspberry Slab Pie
The best things happen between the sheets. Between-The-Sheets Raspberry Slab Pie is a wonderfully easy pie recipe that's fit for a crowd. A crowd that loves seductively delicious desserts, that is. A tantalizingly sweet, homemade raspberry pie filling (made with fresh fruit) is layered between two sheets of flaky pie crust. Because the pie is made on a jelly roll pan instead of a pie plate, there's more of it to love! Simply assemble, bake, and slice into squares. Serve with a bit of ice cream for maximum enjoyment.

I like that you chose to make this dessert in squares. I think it is a little easier to portion out the dessert when you make it in squares instead of triangles, don't you? My favorite part is how flaky the crust looks in the pictures. I can just taste this dessert already. I know my hubby will ask for seconds of this one.
