Do you prefer to use salted or unsalted butter in your recipe? I noticed that some of the recipes for candy popcorn use unsalted butter to keep the sodium content down. I love that you use the caramel and the dark chocolate. I think this is the most decadent popcorn recipe I have come across on here.
