The Cake Boss Airbrushing Kit has all the tools you need to create a dessert that is truly a work of art. I was surprised by how easy it is to use right out of the box. Just add dye, and you can make unique, colorful creations in minutes.

I am by no means an artist in the kitchen, but this kit made it easy to feel like one. Beautiful airbrushed cakes that cost hundreds of dollars from a professional baker, are shockingly easy to make. The set comes with thorough instructions to get started. They also include a few helpful tricks, tips, and techniques. This makes fancier styles simple to mimic.

The tool works quite well and doesn't clog or jam. The color comes out evenly to produce the desired effect. How you hold the tool and how long you spray can both affect the color and clarity of the lines. Three settings also allow you to control the pressure of the tool.

Disassembling and cleaning the airbrush is also easier than you may think. A light rinse is all you need to switch colors. It is incredible that a small, simple tool can make such complex desserts!
