Bonjour All-in-One Double Boiler

Bonjour All-in-One Double Boiler

The days of balancing a bowl over hot water to melt chocolate are over, thanks to the Bonjour All-in-One Double Boiler. This handy tool allows you to melt chocolate, cheese, and more without the balancing act. The soft-grip handle and flared rim make transferring food just as easy as melting it.

If you have ever tried to melt chocolate in the microwave or directly in a pan, then you know what happens; it becomes unstable and can break. By surrounding it with boiling water, it melts and tempers properly. Instead of the old bowl trick, this tool allows you to fill the sides with water to create a double boiler in a single pot.

At first, I thought this tool may not get enough use, but after looking through the included recipe booklet, I realized I was quite wrong. I love that you can make sauces including Hollandaise Sauce which is made so much easier with this double boiler. It comes together quickly and you don't have to worry about it breaking at the last minute.

Everything about the design is thoughtful. It has measurement marks up to six cups and includes a fill line for adding water to the double wall chamber of the pot. Cleaning up after using this double boiler is also much simpler because it is just one small item instead of two. Foodies and Choco-holics alike will be amazed by this ingenious Bonjour pot!
