The PureCook Cookie Sheet and Muffin Pan Set includes two high-quality pieces of bakeware. Both pans are made of a durable non-stick ceramic hybrid that makes for easy clean up and exceptional food release. They're equipped with a quilted surface technology that improves airflow for better browning. These eye-catching pans are oven safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
I absolutely adored these pans. First of all, the gorgeous purple and teal colors of these pans made my plain old metal pans look quite boring by comparison. The interesting quilts in the bottoms of these pans also make them stand out, but they serve a greater purpose than just looking nice. These quilts actually improve the airflow to your food to improve the browning of your dishes.
Both of the pans are heavy duty. They have a seriously strong design that will not warp of lose shape. The thing I love most about these pans is just how easy they are to clean. After baking, I just wiped the pans down with a sponge and there was no scrubbing necessary. This will come in super handy around the holidays. I am sure these pans will get quite the work out come Christmastime! Cleaning the pan after baking cookies is probably my least favorite part of the cookie making process, so I am really looking forward to baking my Christmas cookies on this gorgeous purple pan!
If you’re in the market for new bakeware, I would seriously consider the PureCook Cookie Sheet and Muffin Pan. After experiencing the joy of cooking in these quilted ceramic hybrid pans, I don’t think I could go back to my old metal ones. There really is no comparison for the ease of clean-up of these pans! They would make an excellent Christmas gift for any home chef or baking enthusiast.
