Do you think this recipe would work out okay if I used honey-roasted peanuts instead of the almonds in this granola? My daughter is deathly allergic to tree nuts. We have been looking all over the place for a granola recipe. She loves the stuff. I bet she would add milk to this and make a granola cereal if she could.
