Oh my, this looks incredible! I bet it smells great baking too. The ingredients are definitely going on my shopping list. I know my family will love it. One question (or thought) I do have though wont the yogurt make the loaf overly moist? The apples will already make it moist as is. Or do the other ingredients balance it all out well enough?
