Sometimes a pre-made pie crust just doesn't cut it. Learn how to make your own pie crust dough with this step-by-step guide. This homemade pie crust recipe uses just 6 ingredients, including both butter and shortening. By including both of these ingredients, your pie crust will be buttery and flaky at the same time. The crust is also versatile, so you can use it for every flavor pie, from chocolate to strawberry. After you make your own pie crust for the first time, you'll never want to go back to the store-bought, ready-to-bake crust.

it took me 12 pages of paper to print the recipe for this crust why can't you have a simple print page

Hi lendovi, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you had issues printing this recipe. For recipes that we have in full on our site, we do have an easy printer-friendly option. However, since this recipe was on one of our blogger's sites, we unfortunately have no control over the way their recipes print out. However, in the future when you'd like to print recipes and not waste a ton of paper, we suggest that you go to the page and highlight the text, then right-click on it. You'll get a window that gives you the option to "copy." Click copy and then paste the text into a word document. You should be able print that document that way. Another option is to highlight exactly what you would like to be printed. Then, select print from your drop-down menu, and change your print range from all to selection. I hope that helps!
