The decoration on this bottom up Irish cream poke brownie cake is really inventive, I absolutely love it. I find Baileys/ Irish cream can be a little heavy or rich. Does this come across in the poke brownie cake? It really is a festive Saint Patricks day desert or treats.

What a fun idea for a party, right? My birthday is on a holiday, and I think that these little poke brownies will do just fine as a dessert for the day. I love it! I love that you added the green food coloring too. The color will fit right in at the holidays and for my party.
