Every few months I would make the exceedingly boring eighteen hour (each way!) drive to see him for a long weekend. What oil do you find works best in this recipe? I like to use canola, but sometimes I think the vegetable oil give the brownies a better flavor. I know that olive oil is supposed to be the best for you, but I am not sure that the flavor is right for a chocolate dessert. Do you have a preference?
