Oh man. I never thought to use dark chocolate with pumpkin. I know I love milk chocolate or cream cheese with pumpkin the most, but I am a dark chocolate fan all the way. Do you use fine or coarse sea salt for your recipe? I like the coarse best, but I am happy to use whichever works for this recipe.
