  • 1 1/2 stick Salted butter
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8×8 square pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease any exposed sides.

  2. In a medium bowl add the melted butter and sugar. Mix with a spatula or whisk until well combined.
