Using a brownie as a desert bowl is an ingenious idea, I just love it and I think guests at a dinner party would think it was cool as well, it could also work at a childs birthday party as well. I have seen soup bowls out of bread but I have never seen this.

What an excellent idea! How long do these bowls last without falling apart? Can you make them and use them later, or are they best when you use them right away? I know that my daughter would freak to get a bowl like this with some ice cream and caramel.

Oh my gosh. I think I'm in love. I need to make this dessert ASAP!
