Easy Cherry Pie Bars
"I’ve never posted a pie recipe before. Not because I don’t bake them, but because they’re never “pretty”. They usually taste good, but they look like a hot mess. Yeah I’m talking about you ugly crust pumpkin pie and boiled over apple pie. They might be okay for family, but they’re not something I’d want to take to a party or show off on the blog. However, these Cherry Pie Bars are nearly impossible to mess up! They make a great treat for Valentine’s Day, Christmas, or just because!"

Can you say YUMMY? That's exactly what these Easy Cherry Pie Bars are. Oh, and of course, easy, and fail proof. You honestly cannot make a mistake with this recipe. The directions are well written and easy to follow, and the result is the most tasty, and beautiful little pie bars. I can't wait to try this recipe with other flavors like Blueberry, or Apple, I think it will work out great.

Can you use any wheat flour in this recipe, or would it be best to stick to the white flour? I try to add wheat in where I can, but this recipe is so light and creamy that I am not sure it would work here. I guess I could always experiment and make it both ways and see what I like.
