6 Layer Miracle Cobbler

This 6 Layer Miracle Cobbler is such a delicious and satisfyingly sweet dessert that you won't be able to believe that it's such an easy dessert recipe. This cake mix cobbler recipe is pretty much a dump cake recipe because all you have to do is layer the ingredients on top of each other and throw the baking dish into the oven. Sweet cherries combine with pineapple and a bit of coconut to create the perfect amount of sweetness. While this cobbler bakes, the fruit layers bubble up and the topping becomes wonderfully crisp. You don't want to miss this recipe, especially if you need to make a dessert at the last minute. If you would like to make this dessert a bit more special (and look a little bit more elegant, too), then consider serving a scoop of ice cream or vanilla pudding on the side.

Do you think it would be better to leave out the nuts or add some other kind for a tree nut allergy? We can use peanuts, but I am not sure they will work in this dish. I guess I could use pretzels, but even then I am not sure. It may be just as well to leave the walnuts out. What would you do?

I make this and also other variations quite often. As far as the nuts go ...leave them out .. no problem, using pretzels .... they will draw moisture from the fruit...so will not be crispy. The topping does not CHANGE the flavor for sure, so try mini marshmallows ... maybe last 15 min. of bake time. Experiment with others ... this is how recipes are created. Good Luck and (I know you will) ENJOY!!!

This looks so good! I love fruit desserts like this.

this is not a new recipe, my family have made this
